Terms & Conditions — fg444 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

Registration on fg444 is free of charge and open to all eligible adults in Bangladesh. To create an account, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account, and a password of your own choosing. All information provided must be accurate and must match the identity documents you submit for KYC verification.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. fg444 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fg444 support immediately. fg444 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

KYC Verification: fg444 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer verification process. Players will be required to submit, at minimum, a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Additional documents may be requested depending on account activity, including bank statements, utility bills for address verification, or screenshots of mobile wallet transactions. KYC documents are reviewed by fg444's compliance team, typically within one to three business days.

Withdrawal Restriction Prior to KYC: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until a Player's account has been fully verified. fg444 recommends completing the KYC process promptly after registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw winnings.

Account Updates: Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. If your registered mobile number or email address changes, you must update your account details immediately by contacting fg444 support. fg444 is not liable for communication failures resulting from outdated contact information held on an account.

Duplicate Accounts: fg444's systems actively detect duplicate registrations. Where a duplicate account is identified, all accounts registered to the same individual will be suspended pending review. Balances from duplicate accounts will not be consolidated — the duplicate account will be closed and any balance it holds will be forfeited. Only the oldest verified account may be retained, at fg444's discretion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Closure by fg444: fg444 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Identified use of automated betting software, bots, or exploit tools.
• Evidence of collusion, match fixing, or any other form of cheating.
• Operation of duplicate accounts.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a mobile wallet provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies — see below).

Dormant Account Policy: An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. fg444 will notify the player by email prior to applying any dormancy procedures. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted from the dormant account balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account by contacting fg444 support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Voluntary Closure by Player: Players may request the closure of their fg444 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure is confirmed, fg444 will verify the player's identity and confirm that there are no pending withdrawal requests, open bets, or unresolved disputes. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified mobile wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether initiated by fg444 or by the player — access to the platform is immediately revoked. Closed accounts may not be reopened except in limited circumstances at fg444's sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register and will be refused re-registration if identified.

Amendments to These Terms: fg444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: fg444's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made expressly and in writing by an authorised representative of fg444.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg444's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. fg444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses.

Force Majeure: fg444 will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet service disruptions, power outages, or third-party system failures.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.
